Spring Cleaning Your Body

Spring is here!!! We have lots of day light to enjoy!! Now is the time to travel, go to the beach and relish barbeques with family and friends. In order to keep your skin healthy make sure you:
  • Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated
  • Eat plenty of super veggies (aka cruciferous veggies- like broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, kale, cabbage, and bok choy) and green leafy veggies to detox
