5 Daily Habits to Get (and keep!) a Youthful Complexion!!!!

Although we all know aging is just a natural process we all have to face, how do we know if our skin is aging at the right pace, or if it is aging prematurely. There are many daily habits that can cause extreme damage to your skin - accidentally adding years to your face.  Here is the list of everyday mistakes that could be causing wrinkles, fine lines and puffy sagging skin.
 

1.    Never sip through a straw: the puckering motion can lead to vertical lines around the mouth.

4.    Blush is a must: Blush is a great way to brighten your complexion and offer a subtle lift.

 

5.    Less is more with your foundation: Try to use foundation sparingly, and only apply it where it is needed.
